Enjoy a 30 min massage therapy session. This session might be a good idea if your new at receiving massage therapy and are unsure if you would like this type of therapy for your health care and maintenance. A 30 min session is great for a focus area i.e. the neck and shoulders.
60 Minutes
90 PER SESSION
Enjoy a full hour of massage therapy with or without heated treatments. The hour massage enables enough time for full body relaxation swedish or deep tissue myofascial work.
Enjoy a 60 minute couple's massage for 90 per session.
90 Minutes
130 PER SESSION
Enjoy a full hour and a half of massage therapy with or without heated treatments. A 90 min massage is best for people with focus work needed but also want full body work. Also for time allows for better coverage on bigger / taller bodies. This Time allows for better coverage for fuller / taller bodies and a session that does well with added treatments such as reflexology and Clay mask facials and Hot stones.
Enjoy a 90 minute couple's massage for 130 per session.
120 Minutes
175 PER SESSION
Enjoy a 2 hour Massage! This session enables time for muscle specific and focus work through out the session with the included benefit of relaxation work. Again,this session is also a great time to add the extras and still have a fluid, full body massage.

Myoskeletal Alignment

Myoskeletal Alignment is a term developed and coined by Erik Dalton, PhD, in the early 80s after seeing a need for a more integrative perspective on pain science as it applies to the human body. This work is designed to release the deep skeletal muscles & restrict normal joint flexibility.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
90 PER HOUR
MLD is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb. It should not be confused with a traditional massage. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid. Therapy is applied to your unaffected areas first, making it possible for the fluid to move out of the affected area, or “decongest” the region. MLD helps open the remaining functioning lymph collectors and move protein and fluid into them, as well as to help speed up lymph fluid flow through the lymphatics.
Reflexology Blissful Feet

Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot. A mirror image of the body has been mapped on the feet and pressure applied on specific reflex points on the feet may effect the corresponding part of the body. Similar to acupressure principles, reflexology works with the body’s energy flow to stimulate self-healing and maintain balance in physical function reducing pain, increasing relaxation, and stimulating circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. Therapist may add a hand massage, foot scrub, and essential oils, hot towels to wrap around your feet & ankles while massaging from the Patella to the tip of the great toe!
Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage is designed to address the specific needs of your pregnancy; decrease anxiety and symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches, joint pains and regulate hormone levels. Therapeutic massage during pregnancy also helps to improve circulation, aid with digestion and help with sleep dysfunctions. Pregnancy massage is different from a regular massage because it involves specific techniques (i.e. side-lying) and necessary precautions to enhance the health of the mother and her baby. All prospective pregnant massage clients should check with their attending physician before scheduling an appointment. Please bring a prescription for pregnancy massage from your doctor.
Massage Chair
75 PER HOUR | PRICE MAY VARY ON LOCATION
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist. Typically a Chair massage is done at events such as Health Fairs, Employee appreciation days, Holiday socials, and more. We charge 75 per hour. For distances farther than 10 miles from our location, please contact us for a quote!
Three Hearts in One
180 PER HOUR
Two Therapist will work in unison as they provide a relaxing massage. Hot Stones and/or Aromatherapy are great additions.
