I am dedicated and passionate about helping others feel and look their best! I have been an instructor at the Dayton School of Medical Massage and started my practice with specialization in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapies.

 

I am certified in Prenatal Massage and also trained in Manual Lymphatic Therapies by ACOLS (Vodder Techniques), which is the premier provider in Lymphedema Education around the world. I have a new found love for the Lymphatics which allows me to start helping clients recover quicker post-op surgeries, as well as treat clients with fibromyalgia, migraines, and lipedema.

 

After childbirth, or when you just want to simply look and feel your best, the Body Sculpting techniques using Lymphatic Pathways are a great option to eliminate water weight as well as excess metabolic waste in the body.
